It's easy for men to stay isolated and not cultivate the camaraderies that is central to the life of discipleship. But the truth is, when men lead as genuine brothers, transformation and life follows - for ourselves, our family & our city.
Men's Monthly Gathering
The Downtown Church men gather once a month, for one hour, for a time of encouragement, exhortation, scripture memorization and meat. Click here to view or download the memory verse schedule....it's never too late to start. Monthly meetings to resume October 2010.
Men's Prayer
"The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working" (James 5:16b) Charles Spurgeon once described prayer as "the tender nerve that moves the muscle of omnipotence". The Downtown Church men gather to pray every Thursday morning from 7:00AM-8:00AM.
